1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and bika888 ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by bika888. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy bika888, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and this platform.

Your continued use of the bika888 platform after any amendments to these terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. bika888 reserves the right to update this document at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the bika888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list of a recognised gambling platform.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition under your jurisdiction from participating in online gambling activities.
• Opening an account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Never having had a bika888 account previously closed or suspended due to fraud or a breach of terms.

Bika888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is received. If you are found to have provided false information regarding your age or identity, bika888 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all remaining balances.

3Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bika888 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all such accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses therein.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. As part of the Identity Verification (KYC) process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of residential address such as a utility bill or recent bank statement (not older than 3 months).
• Additional supporting documents if requested by the bika888 security team.

The KYC process is carried out to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Accounts that have not completed KYC may face withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Bika888 supports multiple payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM20. Deposits are typically credited within minutes after successful payment confirmation. bika888 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM50. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review before processing. Processing times are as follows:

• FPX / Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• TNG eWallet / GrabPay: 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000: may require additional review of up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. bika888 reserves the right to reject or suspend withdrawals if KYC requirements have not been met or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

Deposited funds must be used for gameplay at least one (1) time before the first withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering requirements may apply to bonus funds — please refer to the respective bonus terms.

5Bonus & Promotions

Bika888 offers a wide range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and special seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bika888 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus fund withdrawal is permitted.
• Bika888 reserves the right to void any related bonuses and wins if there is evidence of abuse or misconduct.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value.
• Where there is a conflict between general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

Bika888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice. bika888's decisions regarding all bonus disputes are final and binding.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the bika888 platform — including slot games, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and other games — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found on the relevant game page.

General rules applicable to all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by an accredited third-party testing body.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that affected the game outcome.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, bika888 will restore the game to its last verified state and provide appropriate compensation to affected members.
• Bika888 reserves the right to void any bets placed during system outages or technical issues that affect the integrity of the game.
• For Sports Betting, confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the match is postponed or cancelled in accordance with bika888's sports betting terms.

7Prohibited Conduct

Use of the bika888 platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized method to access or play on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt bika888's systems and services.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways not intended by bika888, including bonus arbitrage.
• Team play (collusion) or any form of cheating involving cooperation between players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activities or financing of illegal activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about bika888 on any platform.

Bika888 uses a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates continuously. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

8Account Security

9Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary closure: You may close your bika888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance will be forfeited once the closure process is complete.

Closure or suspension by bika888: bika888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• A breach of any terms in this document has occurred.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or inaccurate.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the member.
• Required to do so by the relevant authorities.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, bika888 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances including cash and bonuses. bika888's decision in such matters is final.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bika888 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters or third-party actions.
• Losses arising from user equipment failure or an unstable internet connection.

The bika888 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that services will always be free from disruptions or errors. However, we are committed to restoring any disruptions as quickly as possible.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Bika888 is committed to protecting the privacy of all its members. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with bika888 Privacy Policy in detail and complies with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

By using the bika888 platform, you grant us permission to process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Member account management and verification.
• Processing financial transactions and meeting KYC requirements.
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement.
• Account-related communications, promotions and service updates.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

12Amendments & Applicable Law

Bika888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the bika888 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
